Mechanical System Design Engineer - Code 1D
Maintain and extend technology, design and lead mechanical system design
development utilized by axiomatic design; prefer a person who can design
and integration of software application for axiomatic design along with
mechanical engineering background; ensure personnel is trained in design
methodology including axiomatic design; investigate feasibility of new
markets; and assess technical capabilities of potential business partners.
Requirements: At least Master's or foreign degree equivalent in
Mechanical Engineering or related field plus one year of progressive
professional experience in the job offered or as a project manager, design
engineer or related field. Interview and job site: Brighton, MA
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week; 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Software Development Technologist/UML Guru - Code 2C
Key staff position. Report to CEO. Must expect position to
evolve with growth of company. We need an undeniable technical expertise
in OO programming as well as a strategic outlook at the developing OO
industry. 10+ years experience. 5+ years of progressive architecture and
design experience in object oriented programming with UML modeling. Ideal
recent experience in architect/designer management of medium to large sized
OO development teams using Rational Rose® (RUP process). Need to fit into a
small group and not hesitate to help out in any and all aspects of building
a business. Expertise in .Net environment needs to be developed. Position
should evolve into VP strategic marketing position as company grows.
Contributor skills expected: Initially must learn
all aspects of our proprietary development toolkit and support technical
strategy and sales of UML based design tool.
Strategic skills expected: Expect strategic
contributions to company in knowledge of existing UML analysis modeling and
design tools, defining requirements for our toolkits, and leading strategic
support of toolkit into industry
Manager, Customer support - SW Project Management Tools - Code 3E
5 years recent project (business) management of object
oriented software (JAVA, C++) product development. Best fit is with
experience in managing product development for software toolkit industry.
Looking for a Microsoft Project guru who knows the tool inside and out and
has a half dozen or more projects under his/her belt. We need an undeniable
experience in software development industry (OO programming preferred) as
well as a maturity in project management that would be respected by our
clients. UML, JAVA and C++ programming experience a plus. Planning,
estimating and leading development teams for 30,000+ lines projects.
Contributor skills: Must directly manage customers
in development and launch of UML based project management tools. Also must
manage turnkey service contracts with clients.
Strategic skills: Must be able to be a customer
advocate while synthesizing customer problems into clear inputs for
improvement.
