Sung-Hee Do is responsible for the design, development and technical support of Acclaro® software. Before co-founding Axiomatic, Sung-Hee conducted research in axiomatic design as a Post-Doctoral Associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to joining MIT, he developed software for a process-planning and -scheduling application at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Hanyang University in the field of Mechanical Engineering, and continued his studies at Hanyang to receive his Ph.D. in Mechanical Design and Production Engineering. His thesis, "Application of Design Axioms to the Design for Manufacturability for the Television Glass Bulb," is one of more than 35 works he has published in scientific journals, conference proceedings and as technical reports. Sung-Hee is winner of the prestigious F. W. Taylor Award from the International Institution for Production Engineering Research for his development of Acclaro software.

Matt Pallaver is an expert in requirements assessment, and the synthesis and validation of conceptual solution quality. He has focused on projects in the Mil-aerospace, Automotive and Healthcare industries including complex systems such as the Orbital Space Plane and the Abrams M1 tank. Matt has over 20 years of technology development experience. Prior to ADSI, Matt was at Trexel, Inc., which launched MuCell™ plastic technology into the global marketplace. Prior to that, Matt was a development manager for Siemens AG where he led rapid product development teams in multimedia solutions development. He has held engineering positions with Control Data and Sperry Flight Systems. Matt has a BSME from IIT, an MBA from the University of Oklahoma, and post grad work at MIT in decision analysis.
Professor Nam P. Suh is the creator of the axiomatic design principles and The Ralph E. & Eloise Cross Professor of mechanical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He headed of the Department of Mechanical Engineering from 1991 to 2001 and was director of the Manufacturing Institute. He has written over 230 papers and six books, including The Principles of Design, Oxford University Press, 1990 and Axiomatic Design: Advances and Applications, 2001.
Professor Suh was honored with a Presidential Appointment to the National Science Foundation during the Reagan administration and is currently a board member for Trexel, Inc. In addition, Professor Suh serves or has served as an advisor for numerous national and international corporations and organizations, and he has received countless awards and honors for his contributions to science. Professor Suh received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Ph.D. from Carnegie-Mellon University.
